What we look for
Governance expertise
Deep understanding of enterprise risk management, compliance, and governance structures — with the ability to apply that expertise to AI-specific challenges.
Practitioner credibility
Experience working inside or advising enterprise organizations. The ability to earn trust with senior stakeholders quickly.
Intellectual honesty
The willingness to tell clients what's true, not what's comfortable. We hire people who are rigorous, direct, and accurate.
Systems thinking
The ability to understand governance challenges in their full organizational context — not as isolated compliance problems.
AI literacy
A working understanding of how AI systems function, where they introduce risk, and how governance frameworks need to adapt.
Clear communication
The ability to translate complex governance challenges into clear, executive-level language — in writing and in person.
