Deep understanding of enterprise risk management, compliance, and governance structures, with the ability to apply that expertise to AI-specific challenges.
Practitioner credibility
Experience working inside or advising enterprise organizations. The ability to earn trust with senior stakeholders quickly.
Intellectual honesty
The willingness to recommend what's in the client's best interest, even when it isn't in ours. We value independent thinking, evidence-based advice, and long-term trust over short-term gain.
Systems thinking
The ability to understand governance challenges in their full organizational context, not as isolated compliance problems.
